Ordering with us

These terms apply to orders and enquiries through the Punjab Sweets & Restaurant website, Truganina, Victoria. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Prices, payment and acceptance

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars. The checkout shows your items, delivery charge where applicable and total before payment. Card payments are processed by Stripe. A payment receipt acknowledges payment; the restaurant separately confirms acceptance and timing. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund.

Pickup and delivery

Choose pickup or delivery at checkout. Delivery is limited to verified addresses within 15 km of the configured Truganina centre, measured as a straight-line radius. Available delivery fees and minimum orders are shown before payment. Provide an accurate address, contact number and access instructions. Contact the restaurant promptly if details change. Preparation and delivery times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Menu and availability

Dishes are subject to availability. We will contact you about unavailable items; substitutions require your agreement. Punjabi thalis are takeaway only. Images are original illustrative visuals and may differ from actual presentation or portion arrangement. Listed item descriptions and quantities govern the order.

Allergies and dietary requirements

Our menu is vegetarian. Vegetarian does not mean vegan or allergen-free. Ingredients and shared preparation equipment may present allergen risks. Contact our team before ordering to discuss your requirements. We cannot confirm suitability through an unacknowledged order note.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Please contact us as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. Whether a change-of-mind cancellation can be accommodated depends on preparation and delivery progress. Any applicable cancellation arrangement must be explained and agreed; these terms do not impose an automatic cancellation charge.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including applicable remedies for faulty, unsafe or incorrectly supplied food, are not excluded or restricted by these terms. Read about consumer guarantees.

Catering and wedding enquiries

Submitting a form is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. Menu, guest numbers, location, service arrangements, price, deposit, payment dates and cancellation or date-change terms will be set out in a separate written quote or booking agreement before payment. A date is secured only when the agreed booking requirements are fulfilled.

Franchise enquiries

A franchise enquiry is an expression of interest and creates no franchise agreement or exclusive territory. Any opportunity is subject to due diligence, applicable disclosure obligations and a separate agreement.
