Information we collect

We collect the details you submit when ordering or enquiring, such as your name, email, phone, delivery address, order selections, event details and messages. Administrative sign-in records and limited security request data are used to protect the service.

How we use your information

We use this information to process and manage orders, arrange delivery, answer enquiries, discuss catering, weddings or franchise interest, and handle customer service. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Payments and address checking

Stripe processes payment information. Your card number is entered with Stripe and is not stored in our order database. When you check delivery eligibility, the address query is sent to the Photon address service, which uses OpenStreetMap data. Relevant order and contact details may be shared with delivery personnel to complete your order.

Storage and service providers

Website hosting, database and payment providers process information to operate this service. Depending on their infrastructure, information may be processed outside Australia. Access to order and enquiry records is restricted to authorised administrators.

Cookies and your cart

Your browser stores your draft shopping cart locally so it survives page reloads. Administrator sign-in uses a session cookie. This site does not include advertising trackers. Stripe may use its own cookies during checkout.

Retention and your choices

We retain information for order fulfilment, enquiries, business records and applicable legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, subject to any records we are required to keep. Avoid including sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
